IT/DH position in TraCES

The TraCES project looks for an IT / Digital Humanities specialist with a strong background (education + experience) in information science who will be in charge of setting up a digital online lexicon of Classical Ethiopic.
We shall be aspiring to a dictionary comparable to what has been achieved e.g. for Greek by the Perseus project or for Aramaic/Syriac by the Comprehensive Aramaic Lexicon project. Experience in setting up comparable databases is an advantage. Knowledge of Ethiopic is not a necessary prerequisite.
The full-time position is renumerated at the salary level TV-L 13 and calls for 39 work hours per week.
The position commences on 1 April 2017 and ends on 28 February 2019 (project end).
